Producers
We will be selecting producers who can
demonstrate a passion and committment to their produce. Each food group will be
represented by a varied range of products and by a limited number of high
quality producers.
We will provide 3x 3m or 6 x 3m covered pitches or
larger if required, with electricity and water. Storage facilities can also be
provided.
Food vendors
We will be selecting food vendors who can
demonstrate a passion and committment to serving high quality food, where
possible using local ingredient.
There will be onsite camping for exhibitors.
